Canadian Patient Safety Week

We are celebrating safe care and the Canadian Patient Safety Institute’s 10th anniversary!

The Saul and Claribel Simkin Centreis proud to endorse Canadian Patient Safety Week, October 27th to 31st, 2014. Along with the Canadian Patient Safety Institute (CPSI), we’re spreading the message of ASK. LISTEN. TALK.

CPSI invites you to join us in creating a safer healthcare system for all Canadians by bringing awareness to the importance of patient safety. Each person’s involvement helps to make the Canadian healthcare system safer.  For 10 years, organizations such as Long Term Care facilities have helped CPSI live its mission of inspiring extraordinary improvement in patient safety. Together, we’re joining CPSI to celebrate the providers, patients and families who have made healthcare safer in Canada.

This year, Canada’s Forum is being held in person in Edmonton, Alberta on Oct. 29 and 30, 2014. If you’re unable to make the trip, you can still register to watch virtually.

But that’s not all! To celebrate its 10th anniversary, CPSI is launching an engagement campaign called #CelebratingSafeCare.
